Annual Electors Meeting

In accordance with Section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Annual Electors Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 at 6.30pm at the Kambalda Community Recreation Facility.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the Shire’s 2024/2025 Annual Report and other general business as presented in the agenda.

Copies of the 2024/2025 Annual Report can be obtained from the following locations as of 08 January 2026; 

• Coolgardie Recreation Centre, Sylvester Street, Coolgardie
• Kambalda Recreation Centre, Barnes Drive, Kambalda

Alternatively, copies of the Annual Report will be available at the meeting and available on the Shire’s website www.coolgardie.wa.gov.au

Written notice of any question or notice should be given to the Chief Executive Officer prior to 12.00pm on the day of the meeting. A summary of each question and response will be included in the Minutes. When a question is not able to be answered at the Meeting a written answer will be provided after the necessary research has been carried out. Council staff will endeavour to provide the answers prior to the next meeting of Council.
