Bin Request Form

The Shire of Coolgardie is committed to providing sustainable waste management services that meet the needs of our community and comply with relevant legislative requirements.

Each residential property within the Shire is eligible to apply for a standard 240-litre waste bin. Waste collection fees are included in the landowner’s annual rates

If you need to request a new bin or an additional bin, exchange an existing bin, or report a damaged, lost or stolen bin, please complete the relevant online form below.

Important Information Before Applying

  • Additional bins: An additional waste collection fee applies to each extra bin requested. This fee covers the collection service for the additional bin for the financial year.
  • Bin removal: A one-off service fee applies for the removal of additional residential bins. Commercial bin removals are charged at an hourly rate.
  • Damaged bins: Report any damage to your waste bin so the Shire can assess whether a repair or replacement is required.
  • Lost or stolen bins: If your bin has been stolen, you must report the theft to the Police and obtain a Police Report Number. If you are unable to provide a Police Report Number or other acceptable evidence of the theft, a replacement fee may apply. Any applicable fee must be paid before the replacement bin is delivered.
