Major Land Transaction and Major Trading Undertaking - Proposed Disposal of Bluebush Village to Westgold Resources Ltd

The Shire of Coolgardie is proposing to dispose of Bluebush Village by way of sale to Westgold Resources Ltd.
A Business Plan has been prepared in accordance with Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995. A copy can be inspected or obtained from the Shire of Coolgardie’s Recreation Centres or viewed on the Shire’s website at www.coolgardie.wa.gov.au
Submissions on the proposed disposal must be made in writing and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Coolgardie, PO Box 138, Kambalda WA 6442 or submitted electronically to mail@coolgardie.wa.gov.au on or before 4.00pm (WST) Tuesday 17th February 2026.
At the close of the advertising period Council will consider all submissions and make determination on the proposed Business Plan.
