The Shire of Coolgardie at its meeting on Tuesday 16th December 2025 has resolved to dispose of part of the Coolgardie Post Office Complex – Community Use Areas, Bayley Street, Coolgardie.
In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 Local Public Notice of this disposition is hereby given.
The details of this disposition are: -:
Site: Part of Coolgardie Post Office Complex – Community Use Areas, Bayley Street, Coolgardie.
Lessee: Judumul Aboriginal Corporation
Price: $1.00 exc GST per annum
Market Value: $20,000.00 - $25,00.00 exc GSTper annum
Other: Leesee is responsible for all outgoings, maintenance and agreed capital upgrades.
In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act public submissions are invited. The closing date for submissions is Wednesday 14th January 2026 at 4pm.
