The Shire of Coolgardie at its meeting on 31 October 2023 has resolved to dispose of Crown Reserve R3497, Coolgardie Tip Site..

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 Local Public Notice of this disposition is hereby given.   

The details of this disposition are: -:

Site:                             Crown Reserve R3497, Coolgardie Tip Site

Lessee:                         Reforme Group Pty Ltd

Price:                            Year 1 – Market Value as determined by independent valuation

Year 2 – 7 – Market Value as determined by independent valuation or 20% of income received from all commercial business activities conducted within the leased area, whichever is greater.

Market Value:                $60,000

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act public submissions are invited. The closing date for submissions is Monday 4^th December 2023 at 12pm.
