Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Coolgardie is seeking Expression of Interests (EOI) for the leasing of Portion (61m²) of Lot 101 Barnes Drive, Kambalda West, located within the Kambalda Community Recreation Facility.

Lessor: Shire of Coolgardie

Purpose: Café

Commencement: 01 October 2023

Term: 3 years

Consideration: $8,000 per annum (+GST)

Market Valuations: Between $8,000 and $10,000 per annum (+GST)

In accordance with section 3.58 (3), the Shire of Coolgardie invites any interested party to submit an Expression of Interests (EOI) regarding this proposed disposal by the 15 September 2023. All EOI should be posted to Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 138, Kambalda WA 6442 or submitted electronically to mail@coolgardie.wa.gov.au.
