This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic operator to establish a welcoming café in the heart of the community – ideal for locals, visitors, and recreation centre users alike!

Lease Details:

  • Lessor:                         Shire of Coolgardie
  • Purpose:                      Café
  • Term:                            Negotiable (available after the 7th January 2026)
  • Annual Rent:               $8,000 + GST
  • Market Valuation:     $8,000 – $10,000 + GST
