Annual Fire Break Inspections

It is hereby notified for public information that the Shire of Coolgardie will be conducting its annual Fire Break inspections to verify compliance with the requirements of the Shire’s Fire Break notice issued pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fire Act 1954.

Inspection will be undertaken in October 2026

During this period, authorized officers may enter land for the purpose of conducting inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Bush Fire Act 1954.
