Little Seekers: A Fun and Free Adventure at the Kambalda Library

There’s a new adventure waiting for children at the Kambalda Library – and it’s called Little Seekers!

This fun, interactive program invites kids of all ages to explore the library by searching for colourful characters hidden among the shelves. Best of all, it’s completely free for families to enjoy.

Originally introduced by Community Services and Library Officer, Liam Graham-Smith,  as a short-term activity, ‘Little Seekers’ quickly became a community favourite. With so many children excited to return time and again, it has now become a permanent feature at the library.

For parents and guardians, the program offers a few moments of rest while their children dive into a playful challenge. For the kids, it’s an opportunity to explore, practise their reading and labelling skills, and most importantly – have fun!

Many families have already made Little Seekers a regular part of their library visits, with some children returning multiple times each month just to join the hunt.

So next time you’re at the Kambalda Library, why not let your kids join in the fun of Little Seekers!

Who knows what characters they’ll discover hiding among the shelves!
