Bin Request Form

The Shire is committed to delivering sustainable waste management services that meet community needs and comply with legislative requirements. Each Residential property within the Shire of Coolgardie can apply for a 240L Waste Bin. Waste collection fees are then included in the Landowners' rates each financial year.

If you need to request a new bin, an additional bin, exchange, or report a damaged, lost, or stolen bin, please complete the relevant online form below.

Please note the following:

An additional waste collection fee will be charged for each additional waste bin, which covers the additional bin collection for the financial year.
If your bin is stolen, you must report it to the Police, who will then provide you with a Police Report number. A replacement fee will apply if you fail to deliver a stolen/missing bin report. This should be paid before delivery.

Report of a damaged waste bin which may require a new bin exchange or a minor repair.
