It was tinsel, tunes, and toe-tapping fun today Thursday 31, July 2025 as local seniors celebrated a festive “Christmas in July”. The event, held at The Kambalda Community Recreation Facility was filled with cheer, laughter, and movement as participants donned their best Christmas-themed attire and danced their way into the morning.
To cap off the morning, participants gathered for a hearty morning tea featuring a much-loved winter warmer—homemade soup. Shared around the table, the hot bowls of soup brought comfort and conversation, rounding out the celebration with a true sense of community.
The event highlighted the importance of staying socially and physically active at any age and served as a reminder that celebration and community can happen all year round.
