Get Support With Your NDIS Application
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the Bega NDIS Remote Community Connector Team are hosting a Community NDIS Day to support people who would like to access the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
If you are considering applying for the NDIS, our team will be available on the day to provide guidance and support with your NDIS pathway and help you understand the application process.
What to Bring
If you would like assistance with your NDIS application, please bring the following relevant documents with you:

Birth Certificate

Medicare Card
-
Services Australia Card / Customer Reference Number (CRN)

Driver’s Licence – front and back

Immunisation History Statement – available through your myGov account
Having these documents available will help our team support you through the application process.
