Notice of Special Meeting

In accordance with Regulation 12 of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations, notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, 18 October 2022 commencing at 6:00 pm at the Kambalda Recreation Facility, Barnes Drive, Kambalda.

For the amended purpose of:

  1. Gold Fields - Stage 1 Kambalda Accommodation Village (400 rooms) - 2 Gordon Adams Road
  2. Gold Fields - Stage 2 Kambalda Accommodation Village (200 rooms & central facilities) – 2 Gordon Adams Road
  3. Evolution Mining Accommodation Village – Site 1 Gnarlbine Road Coolgardie
  4. Disposal of Land by Lease – Reserve 8693, Lot 2435 on Plan 107089, Gnarlbine Road Coolgardie
  5. Major Trading Undertaking Reserve 8693, Lot 2435 on Plan 107089, Gnarlbine Road Coolgardie
  6. Lease Coolgardie Accommodation Village – Rangecon Pty Ltd
