Intention to Refinance Current Borrowings

In accordance with section 6.20 of the Local Government Act 1995 notice is hereby given that Council intend to refinance all loan borrowings held with the Western Australian Treasury Corporation with the Australian and New Zealand Banking Group Limited.

The purpose of refinancing the current borrowings is to consolidate all borrowings with the Australian and New Zealand Banking Group Limited.

Submissions on the intention to refinance loan borrowings should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and submitted to the Shire by 4pm Friday 3 June 2022.
