Intention to Borrow Funds

In accordance with section 6.20 of the Local Government Act 1995 notice is hereby given that Council intend to borrow $1,000,000 for the purpose of the development of residential housing on Lot 1230, 11 Goodenia Court, Kambalda West.

Submissions on the intention to borrow the funds should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and submitted to the Shire by 2.00pm on Tuesday 29th November 2022.
