Annual Electors Meeting

In accordance with Section 5.27 of the Local Government Act, notice is hereby given that the General Meeting of Electors will be held on Tuesday 31st January 2023 at 6.30pm at the Coolgardie Recreation Centre.
In accordance with Reg 15 Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the order of business will be:
- Contents of the Annual Report for the year 2021-2022 and,
- General business
Copies of the 2021/22 Annual Report may be obtained prior to the meeting from the following locations as of 9th January 2023;
- Coolgardie Recreation Centre, Sylvester Street, Coolgardie
- Kambalda Recreation Centre, Barnes Drive, Kambalda
Alternatively, copies of the Annual Report will be available at the meeting.
Written notice of any question or notice should be given to the Chief Executive Officer prior to 2:30pm on the day of the meeting. A summary of each question and response will be included in the Minutes. When a question is not able to be answered at the Meeting a written answer will be provided after the necessary research has been carried out. Council staff will endeavour to provide the answers prior to the next meeting of Council.
