I’ve lived in the Shire of Coolgardie for four years and am proud to serve as a Councillor. I was motivated to step up because I want to help our Shire move forward, learning from past challenges and ensuring our community’s voice is at the centre of every decision.
Professionally, I have 20 years of experience in the medical field and hold a degree in Hotel Management and Tourism. I currently work locally at the Coolgardie IGA and have developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and listening.
In the community, I serve as treasurer for the Coolgardie RSL Sub Branch and will be involved with the Local Progress Association, supporting initiatives that benefit residents and strengthen local connections.
As a Councillor, my priorities are transparency, openness, and building trust with the community. I welcome residents to contact me directly with ideas or concerns and will always provide honest feedback and clear communication.
I love living in Coolgardie for its small-town charm, strong community spirit, and the opportunities to celebrate our history and local events like Coolgardie Day.
Fun fact: I’m co-owner of Merchants on Bailey, enjoy crafts, and am an avid poker player — with a few trips to Las Vegas under my belt.
