Showcase in Pixels Art Competition 2024 - Online Submission Form

 Before submitting your artwork please read the Guidelines here.

1. Please ensure all artwork is named in the following format: First name_last name.
2. If file is too large, please use Wetransfer - https://wetransfer.com/ and send artwork and submission to systems@coolgardie.wa.gov.au)
3. If your artwork is not created digitally, you will need to take a photograph of the artwork.
4. We recommend the photograph be taken from a height so it can be fully captured and not skewed.
5. Please ensure the entirety of the artwork is captured in the photograph.
6. The photograph or digital submission needs to be at least 300 DPI. When sending through the photograph, select the original size (do not resize the image or choose a smaller file size).
7. For digitally created art, please create your submission with the following dimensions:

• 896 pixels (height) by 650 pixels (width) and 300DPI in JPEG or PNG format

8. We will not be accepting A.I generated artwork.
9. No photograph/pictures of road networks or traffic.
10. Content cannot include colours or shapes that could be mistaken for traffic signals, signs, or instruction signs.
11. Composition should not be chiefly made up of dark images as they will not be visible during the day.
12. No commercial advertising/ brands to be displayed.
