The days are getting warmer and the Coolgardie Resource Centre has a lot of wonderful activities planned.
Registration is vital to attend all activities. Permission forms are available at the CRC.
Hopefully you have enjoyed the King’s Birthday long weekend and ready to start the school holidays on Wednesday, 28 September with a game of Mini Golf – thank you Corey from the Coolgardie Safari Inn. Join Vanessa for a game of Mini Golf, 2 Renou Street, Coolgardie at 1.00pm to tee off. The course has 18 holes and guaranteed to test your putting skills through some amazing courses that highlight the history of Coolgardie.
Thursday, 29 September at 11.30am meet Centrecare at the CRC wearing suitable scavenger hunt clothing with enclosed shoes. This activity will certainly test your knowledge of our town and the speed at which you collect all items on the list before 2.00pm. This is a free event – thank you to Centrecare Kalgoorlie.
Looking to add a little colour to a white t-shirt, hair scrunchie or a pair of white socks? Then tie-dying might just be the activity that brings colour into your wardrobe! Shontae is ready to help you change of the colour of your items at the Coolgardie Resource Centre on Friday, 30 September between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. The cost for this activity is $2. Please wear old clothes, because this could get a little more colourful than mum/dad might like.
On Tuesday, 4 October, at 10.30am - YMCA will be screening “The Jungle Book” movie at the Coolgardie Resource Centre. Definitely a great movie with some very funny moments that will have you laughing for sure. This is a free event – thank you YMCA Kalgoorlie.
How well do you know Kalgoorlie? Be at the CRC 10.30am to join the YMCA Tourist Run in Kalgoorlie on Wednesday, 5 October. Bus returns to CRC 2.00pm. This is a free event. Please bring your water bottles be Sun Smart and wear sunscreen and hat.
On Thursday 6 October, the YMCA bus will leave CRC at 10.30am for a day of games and face painting in Hammond Park Kalgoorlie. Bus returning to CRC 2.00pm. This is a free event. Bring your water bottles, wear a hat and sunscreen to enjoy a fantastic time without getting sunburnt!
