The Shire of Coolgardie is seeking a motivated, experienced, and hands-on Works Supervisor to lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our public works team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality infrastructure maintenance and construction services to our local community.
As a Works Supervisor, you’ll oversee outdoor crews and contractors involved in roadworks, drainage, parks, buildings, and civil maintenance projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct and visible impact on the safety, amenity, and functionality of our region.
What We Can Offer You
- Annual salary of $105,000 - $120,000 depending on qualifications and experience plus vehicle and housing allowance and superannuation.
