NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF LAND
SECTION 3.58 OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Coolgardie intends to dispose of land by way of lease.

PROPERTY:
Portion of land Lot 2435, on Plan 107089, Gnarlbine Road, Coolgardie

Lessor: Shire of Coolgardie

Lessee: Coolgardie Camp Services

Purpose: Up to 150 room workers accommodation village

Commencement: 01st February 2024

Term: 1 year period with an option of 1 year plus 1 year extensions

Consideration: Infrastructure and services to be paid for Lessee

Market Valuations: per annum

Copies of the disposition of land by lease of portion Lot 2435 on Plan 107089, Gnarlbine Road, Coolgardie can be inspected or obtained from the Shire of Coolgardie Administration Officers at Barnes Drive, Kambalda or viewed on the Shire’s website here.

Submissions on the proposed disposition are required to be made in writing and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Coolgardie, PO Box 138, Kambalda WA 6442 or submitted electronically to mail@coolgardie.wa.gov.au on or before 10.00 am Friday 12th January 2024.
