Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Coolgardie intends to dispose of land by way of lease.

PROPERTY:

Portion (61m²) of Lot 101 Barnes Drive, Kambalda West, located within the Kambalda Community Recreation Facility.

Lessor: Shire of Coolgardie

Lessee: Ubaid-ur Rehman

Purpose: Café

Commencement: 07 August 2023

Term: 3 years

Consideration: $8,000 per annum (+GST)

Market Valuations: Between $8,000 and $10,000 per annum (+GST)

In accordance with section 3.58 (3), the Shire of Coolgardie invites any interested party to submit a submission regarding this proposed disposal by the 04 August 2023.
