Coolgardie school children were treated to a trip to Hannan’s North Tourist Mine with YMCA during the school holidays! Everyone enjoyed exploring the adventure trail and collecting different stamps along the way. Plenty of opportunities to get up close to giant mining machines, get inside a modern refuge chamber and learn about mining in Kalgoorlie. The best part of course, was panning for gold and as most miner’s well tell us, you just gotta keep goin!
