Tender submissions will open tomorrow (12 November) for installation works for the proposed Worker Accommodation Village in Kambalda. The tender will seek quotes for site preparation, bulk earthworks, power, water, plumbing and ancillary works at the Kambalda site.
The tender is a component of the total process to ensure that all necessary information is before Council to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the proposed Accommodation Village in Kambalda.
The submission period for the business plans has now closed. The Shire acknowledges the receipt of the submissions which are currently being assessed by Shire staff. The submissions will be considered by Council in their decision making and deliberations on the business plans for the accommodation villages.
The tender, business plans, potential agreements and potential supply of villages will be considered at a proposed Special Council Meeting on Tuesday 14th December. For more information, visit:
