SHIRE OF COOLGARDIE LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME No 5 - AMENDMENT NO 4
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Coolgardie has prepared the above-mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of: -
1. Rezoning Lot 971 No 2 Marianthus Road, Kambalda from Public Purposes to Commercial.
2. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly
The amendment is considered to be “standard” under the provisions of the Planning and Development (local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015,
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited in the following manner:
A copy of the plans and documents are available on the Shire of Coolgardie Website at www.coolgardie.wa.gov.au
A hardcopy of the plans and documents are available for inspection at the following locations during business hours
• Kambalda Rec Centre & library – Barnes Drive, Kambalda
• Coolgardie Office – Bayley Street, Coolgardie
• Coolgardie Rec Centres – Sylvester Street, Coolgardie
Submission on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the names and address of the person making the submission, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned in or before Tuesday 22 February 2022.
