Silver Chain services are now available in Coolgardie and Kambalda.

Silver Chain has been caring for Kalgoorlie for over 90 years. We are now excited to offer our services in your local communities.

We are currently training all of our staff and they have all successfully completed the ‘Administer Medications’ unit of the Certificate III in Home and Community Care.

WA Primary Health Alliance

WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) oversees the Country WA primary health network.

WAPHA’s primary objective is to improve health outcomes and patient experiences through the commissioning of appropriate services where they are most needed.

WAPHA’s whole-of-state organisational model is based on localisation where essential and centralisation where possible.  WAPHA applies a systems approach, considering the ‘whole’, not just the individual or small parts, of the health and social care system.

WAPHA works towards improving health outcomes for Western Australians by recognising that there is limited value in simply preserving the status-quo.  Rather, WAPHA will use its once in a generation opportunity to steward innovation and reform in the delivery of health care within the WA community.
