Littering & Dumping of Rubbish

The Shire of Coolgardie maintains a zero tolerance in respect to littering and rubbish dumping. It is a constant problem in the Shire of Coolgardie and all persons are requested to report offenders observed unlawfully and wilfully littering and dumping rubbish to the Shire Offices. A witness to such an anti sociable act should discreetly try to identify the alleged offender or obtain a car registration and where possible record the location and time of the littering to enable Council Officers to effectively interview the party, and where appropriate issue infringement notices.
